Crowds at the Delhi UP border waiting to cross over on the Covid virus crisis and resultant job losses. There could be a couple of Einsteins, 2-3 Nobel Prize winners, world-famous doctors, engineers and CEOs in this group if not for the great wrongs they are subject to. 😨😨😟
As Yuval Noah Harari and others opine, denial of opportunities due to a millennia old caste based hierarchical system of subjugation and oppression have denied these human beings many freedoms and human rights, which have never been denied to us and we take for granted. 🙏🙏😟
As one of my friends remarked, how fortunate we are .. Very true .. Isn't modern India failing these youngsters of a brilliant future ? If given opportunities, they can bloom into great individuals and personalities. Who is denying them these opportunities ??
During this virus scare let us rebook at our priorities. Are we denying them the potential to bloom, grow and be great achievers ?
How long can our society subjugate them ?
